Our Founder
G. Jerry van Rossum brings a rich history as a senior-level manager and consultant in domestic and international organizations from both the private and non-profit sectors.
He has a strong background in management development, strategic planning, organizational development, conflict resolution, leadership development and organizational change, dealing with complex, multi-level & multi location organizations. His background also includes extensive experience working and consulting with small businesses from start ups through well established organizations.
Currently also an adjunct professor at Marygrove College (Detroit) and Saginaw Valley State University (Saginaw), Jerry applies his expertise and knowledge in both the practical and theoretical aspects of business. His international background equips him with a cultural awareness that is crucial to businesses in today's increasingly global environment.
Jerry holds graduate degrees in Business from the Richard DeVos School of Management (Michigan), and in Religion from Park College (Missouri)
He holds certifications in Covey's Seven Habits Training, Principle Centered Leadership, Roles & Skills of the Consultant, and is an accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business. He also holds memberships in the Organizational Development Network and the Institute of Management Consultants, USA.
